Longwood Gardens Orchids
Any of you who can possibly make it to Longwood Gardens should do so. You can look on the web for pictures, but it is unbelievable to go there if you are an orchid lover. I believe it runs til Sunday and orchid growers from all over the world are there with so many for sale. Sorry, I looked and it is Fri. Sat. and Sunday. 25th to 27th with orchid growers From all over the world. Maybe, if you live in the east you can find that special orchid you are looking for!

I'd go to Longwood Gardens just to go to the Gardens. The greenhouses are unbelievable and the surrounding landscape is just breathtaking, especially in the spring!

Yup, you can look at the vendor list in the post I made earlier here.

I'm planning on sneaking out of work early friday to go. Cough, cough, ahem, my throat feels itchy already! I'm also considering going to the educational lecture on growing phals on Sunday...
Happy Growing!

If all goes well I am going Sunday also. How can we identify each other? Would be nice to meet. And the time would have to be arranged too.

Sounds like a bout with spring fever. The cure is to surround yourself in lush tropical greenery, and if there are lots of flowers, you will feel better all the sooner.
As far as the lecture goes, we will expect a full report on what you learn.
