Earwigs

Hi Everyone! Does anyone know if earwigs are harmful to orchids? I have my Cymbidiums that are potted in PrimeAgra outside and when I last watered I noticed an earwig coming out of the pot. Is there a way to get rid of them? I already spray the top and leaves with a diluted solution of Physan 20 since I have been seeing problems with spiders, possibly spider mites and I haven't had much success with getting rid of both the earwigs or spiders. I saw another post where some one mentioned Orange Guard for ants, would this product work on other pests? TAI!

Tuna-fish can or similar with the cheapest beer you can buy... Change it a few times a week. Will get snails and slugs too.
