How to grow Mediocalcar decoratum

I received a clump of Mediocalcar decoratum at a local society meeting and I am wondering how you grow this plant. It has no roots, but I was planning on mounting one of the two clumps. I was wondering if I should pot the other or still mount it. What other information do you know about this orchid (water, light, humidity, etc.)

It will do well either way and isn't at all fussy, except it likes cooler temps. I have one mounted and one in a pot, give them both fairly high light, fertilize them as I do everything with a pinch in two gallons of water at almost every watering.

Ok, I ended up mounting it and giving it full morning sun and afternoon shade. Any other tips?

Not really - I find it very easy6 to grow.
