If they're not in terrariums, that's fine. I grow mine mounted in the bathroom. I cover the mount front to back with moss.

UNfortunately, or I guess fortunately, my plant collection is concentrated in two huge or relatively big (2' x 2' x3') tall terraria. I probably have like 30 or so plants in there with minimal room between each...so the point being..through transpiration itself, the humidity remains high..but I have been trying to increase air circulation and sometimes mounts dry out. But since I catch the lepanthes at the end of the day when it becomes dry, its always fine to water it then and it will be fine.

ANyways....it shouldn't hurt it...will it? Already I am noticing that the micropeltata is drying up thanks to the fan. It is right like 2 inches from the humidifier and the fan and when the humidifier runs out of water..its the first to dry to a crisp.

You should be able to modify the humidifier to take a bigger reservoir, which may solve some of your humidity problems

Yeah...I might have to make a modification to have a 1 gallon paint bucket as an overflow reservoir for the humidifier.

Btw...anyone know much about lepanthes micropeltata? It is currently facing the humidifier and it receives the harshest conditions: dries out to just a little damp everyday and 55F cold humidifier + outside air venting.
