finding local equestris blue lip

Hey all! About a month ago I want to Al's Orchid greenhouse and purchased an equestris hybrid. I fell in love with the many blooms and comments from this forum about it's almost continuous blooming culture!

So I went browsing and found equestris blue lip at Big Leaf Orchids. Does anyone know somewhere local I might find one of these? I live in Delaware, very close to Philly and don't mind driving two or three hours to get to a grower.

It's just that BL is in Texas and it sounds like a long distance for one of my chid babies to be shipped.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi miow, I live in Boston and have had two of these little blue-lipped equestris for a few months now. True, BLO is in Texas, but Peter packs them so perfectly, shipping them will not be an issue. He'll wait until your night temps are above freezing to ship them.

I can't wait to see them bloom. They're in thumb pots, they've been growing new roots and leaves.

Rangiku is right, Peter Lin packs his orchids beautifully, and you'll have your plant in 2-3 days. I don't think you'll have any problem with your new baby if you order from BLO.

Big Leaf is a great vendor. I ordered 2 plants from them a few years ago and the packing was awesome and the plants were great looking. You won't be sorry.
