Mounted culture is best.
I have a pic of a Trichoceros species I have posted up here on the OB, you can check it out by doing a search on the search engine.
They may be cool growing, but they shouldn't ever be allowed to experience temperatures below 36 F.
High temperatures of 100 F are okay.
They grow in very bright indirect light.
Humidity 50% - 80%.
They don't need to be watered a whole lot, they're very succulent and behave pretty much like one in terms of watering regimen.
