youll have to give some info, how long have you had it, potting media, type of plant, growing conditions

Some phals bloom like clockwork - the same time of year every year.
Others seem much more sporadic and seem to rebloom when they feel like it.
If the plant is "happy" good culture - good roots, and good light - it will rebloom If the plant is "unhappy" it may rebloom as a last-ditch survival strategy.
The best thing you can do, in my opinion, is to make it happy and wait. Trying to force it has risks.
If you can't wait - buy another one to keep you satisfied while this one builds strength for its next bloom cycle.

i think you missed my point. i have 12 plants btw, i was just excited since it had full buds on it, is seemingly happy, and the buds dont seem to want to open. i wasnt trying to force, i was just curious as to why my buds that i have arent opening.

Do you think your growing conditions could have changed all of a sudden? Like lower humidity because of the heater or a draft from the window where they grow?
