Sideways Sequential Bloom

I was psyched yesterday when I noticed that my phrag, which is a happy sequential bloomer was opening a second bloom while the first was still on the spike. It had never done this before - and I don't think this is supposed to be a multifloral, so I was intrigued. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the second bloom was opening at a 90 degree angle to the normal orientation - sideways! Anyone ever seen anything like this before? Should I expect the bloom to course correct over time? Will the next one be like this too?

I wouldn't worry about this too much, Phrags are known to do this, I've had my share of fun with these crazy orchids.
Yes they do tend to work it out. I would not call this deformed at all, its just probably going into the direction of the brighter light.

You could try moving it into another spot. None of my flowers recieve much light at all, just the leaves stay under the tubes.

Lagoon had the answer. I adjusted the phrag's orientation with respect to its main light source and BAM! It rotated to vertical. Thanks Lagoon.

I still cant believe she's holding on to two flowers at once - it's such a treat while it lasts.
