It sometimes happens when repotting that a spike will blast from the stress, so the yellowing spike could be considered normal. If the blooms had already been open a long time, the repotting stress might have jump started the wilting process. You can cut that yellow spike all the way down now if you want, or wait for it to dry up. Did the other spike drop all the buds too? If it's still green you could always leave it, maybe it'll put out more buds or a side spike.
