San Diego Nurseries... - Orchid Board

Hi all-- pinging the San Diego members out there to find a good nursery. I'll be there this week and would like to check out what the city has to offer. I'm mostly into phals but would love to look through any collection.

So where do San Diegans get their orchids locally?

Hi, google San Diego Orchid Society and Palomar Orchid Society and you'll find all of the San Diego orchid nurseries. When are you coming to SD and how are you getting here? That may make a difference. San Diego is pretty spread out. If you have time (2 hrs north) to take a little trip there is the world renown Santa Barbara Orchid Estates in Santa Barbara north of Los Angeles. Very worthwhile trip and there are about 6 other orchid nurseries around there. Have fun. Should be nice weather later this week. Maybe into the 80's inlaND AND 70'S ON THE COAST.
