I purchased this orchid last spring at a garden show. It had beautiful blooms on it that lasted til the beginning of summer. It bloomed once more during the summer, but didn't last as long as the original blooms. I was thrilled when it grew new stalks. But now winter is upon us and the leaves are turning yellow. It is in an east facing window where it has been since bringing it home. It looks like there may be new buds on the same stalk. Any help as to way this is happening is greatly appreciated. I have tried uploading a pic but it wouldn't let me.
Hi eeyore, some yellowing and dropping of leaves this time of year is normal for Den. Love Memory. This one is a hybrid of various species that tend to go deciduous after a year or two.
