Yes, I did take a picture of my E. strictum, in fact, several. Here is one that probably shows the phenomenon most clearly.

I got a 'conjoined' bloom on an Odontioda once - just happens sometimes I guess - tho - my conjoined bloom did not look as cool as that Phal bloom! Mine just mostly looked "mutant" lol
