Default Ascocentrum heat tolerance

I am a beginner with an ascocentrum hanging outside in Houston (yes, it's hot here!). I keep it in the shade, spray with water several times a day and it is doing beautifully. My question is: how hot is too hot? The temperature is going up into the 90's now: should I move it inside? Will it get shock if I do that (into 76 degrees?). My other question is: will it flower under these conditions? Do I need to do anything special to get it to flower? It is putting out new leaves at a steady pace. Thanks for any help.

From Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia "Ascocentrum has about seven species in Asia and the Philippines...".

That pretty much says that they are heat lovers, don't you think? I would absolutely not move it indoors until it's going to drop below the 60"s.

With moderate light - I go pretty direct here in PA, but I'd provide shade down there - and plenty of watering and feeding, they should thrive for you.
