just keep them happy, and try to get the roots nice. the ones i have seen usually dont have amazing roots

I, like Bob have had good luck with the larger bag babies, blooming within 6 months. I think the time of year help too. My vanda bloomed right away as a Thank-you for the bag rescue.

LOL the only problem I have had with a lowes bag baby is getting to a lowes to get one...the one time I did I actually found a cat in bud so the possibility of one blooming the next season is quite good,If you are as ocd as I am when you get to a bin full of bag babies each and every orchid in the bin gets examined ....lol may take me a hour to pick the one I think is the best.

I was there forever! Finally the manager got so fed up with me he told me I could take the bags off AND he started helping me for a while!!!!!

You know we are supposed to get snow tonight and tomorrow or I would hit Home Depot tomorrow. Well, when the roads clear i am going!!! But, come to think of it, I have never seen Catts there.
Well, maybe I'll look in the one in Delaware. Got to have a couple more.
