ID please and a few questions

Hello all, i have had the orchid bug for about a year now and cant get enough of them! I have been having some luck so far with 1 rebloom, and lots of budding and growth! I just bought another one today that i need an ID for, it has a very pleasant fragrance and has another bud growing, it is the first pic. Also attached are pics of 2 plants that i brought back with me from Christmas that my parents had thinking i can save them, how do they look, salvageable? The 3rd pic is my oncidium, he is starting to drop his bloom, do i cut his stalk once the bloom has fully run its course? Lastly a pic of the whole setup, the bloom all the way to the right is my first rebloom that opened on new years day! Thanks for your help.
