the one leaf you have left looks good. And you did right moving it away from a strong sunlight. The bark in your picture looks dry. It is recommended to soak bark for at least 12 h before potting an orchid in it because new bark wont retain moisture. So make sure your orchid is watered enough. Happy New Year and good luck!
