Yes, they're still considered seedlings. Some species of orchids may have seedlings be able to bloom while in flask (as was mentioned).
It may not be difficult to deflask, but there's still a small chance they may not make it out of flask.
The problem is with the leaves and the roots. They've adapted to life in a jar, not the big blue world.
If you can acclimate them properly to growing where you will be growing them, the chances are better with the ones you're showing.
These are living things, and they're delicate at this stage in life, it's hard to say with any great certainty that they will make it.
For example...
I just lost a Schoenorchis fragrans seedling (1 of 8). All the roots slowly died off, no new roots took their place. The old roots were the ones that were accustomed to life in a jar. Leaves were starting to deteriorate.
I have a stronger Schoenorchis fragrans seedling that have already pushed out 2 new roots that have been accustomed to growing out of flask. This is a more robust specimen that has a stronger chance of surviving the deflasking stage. But again, something could throw a curve ball and change everything. I just don't know. These were deflasked for 4 or 5 months already. Goes to show you that even at this late in the game, something could happen. It's highly unpredictable at this stage.
