phalaenopsis repotting cut stem question
Default phalaenopsis repotting cut stem question

I had my phalaenopsis is the sink with water and my cat bit off the top half of my orchid stem off. I put the stem in water and now a month later the two leafs opened up at the top of the stem and it has three roots all at the top of the stem how should I go about repotting it? Should I cut the stem then plat the roots?

don't cut it - just pot it up. The lower (orginal) portion of the plant may not be able to grow anymore, tho a basal keiki is possible
