Masdevallia 'Machu Picchu' and 'Ken Dole' questions

I found this beautiful Massie at a local nursey this weekend, but alas - it lost it's ID. The grower and I tried to ID it, and he hesitantly settled on the probability of it being a 'Machu Picchu'. The shape of the flower doesn't seem to be similar - there were quite a few Machu Pichu there for comparison and it just doesn't seem the same to me (size being one thing!).

If laid flat the flower is 8.5" from point to point, the edges curl backwards and the inflorescence is over 12" long. Is it most likely a Machu Picchu?

My second question is about 'Ken Dole' - this little guy has an inflorescence with 2 flowers - is this something that is common? I love the way it looks!
