How to save a found Vanda?

My guess is you will probably be ok in terms of cold damage. If the leaves had actually gotten frostbitten, they probably would have gone limp by now.

I am not an expert on growing in a vase, so I may be completely wrong here, but.... watch the roots against the glass carefully for any signs of mold or rot. They seem pretty tight together, but that could just be because I grow them in open baskets. Maybe think about lifting the vanda just a little on some sort of plastic rod or hanger. Hopefully someone with vase experience can comment.

They should be OK in the vases, as long as all of the water is completely drained out after watering. I know quite a few people in europe who grow them like this, with no problems.

Hi, I have a vanda and an Asco I grow in a vase. I think your plants look very well. As said above:
1. give them the MAXimum light you can...
2.I have noticed it is better to not let growing root 'tips' touch the glass, as they stall & then shoot out an other root in the opposite direction. (one easy thing to do is to 'tie' the roots so that the tips do not touch the vase - I use wire coated in plastic ties (like the ones you get when you buy a new electrical appliance)
3. Watch the roots... If they are 'healthy' & yours seem to be.. withh enough Light & fertiliser they will bloom for you, eventually

Also, concerning the 'yellow parts' those leaves may die..? but as long as the rest of the leaves stay healthy looking as they are now.. I would not worry all.
