Do you mean profile picture or avatar (like the duck pic next to my screen name). The profile pic only appears on your profile under UserCP, so if that's what you did you will not see it in the header of your posts.

Make sure that your avatar pic meets the resizing requirements: "The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)."

THANKS Camille.... I mean avatar like your duck photo. I had this confused with the profile picture. I want the phal photo to be my avatar next to the header of my posts.
How do I do this. ???

These new phal noids were purchased at the San Francisco Flower Mart. There are 4 or 5 stores in the mart that sell phal noids.....huge choice. Same prices as Home Depot, Trader Joe, Safeway,,,etc.,,,but the plants seem to be in better condition.
My favorite store is called "ORCHIDHOLIC" (as we all are) Got lots of phals here for small $$$.
They have a huge greenhouse in Half Moon Bay, Ca. about 1 hour south of SF. Thousands of phals waiting to be sent out to stores when ready.

I completely understand why you buy phals in bloom or buds. I can't wait to see a seedling growing, and growing.... 3 years ago I purchased 10 new phals in flower.

I buy plants when none of mine are blooming, esp when I need some kind of motivation to keep going. I wish there was more stores here that had orchids. I have to order online bc no one here sells them. :/

Congrats on your new family members!!

Oh we all do that... nothing in bloom so need to buy some more. Actually these days I generally always have something in bloom but still felt the need to get more when there were only a few in bloom... You're in good company

Great choices, the one in your avatar is such a great colour!

.....to Katierkincaid in Alabama.......HOW ABOUT THAT AUBURN VS ALABAMA FOOTBALL GAME YESTERDAY........well that is "off topic" I guess.
Sorry to hear that few stores near you sell orchids.
I smell a business opportunity...........I would not be shocked if they did not soon start to sell them at drugstores.. Maybe we would need a doctor's prescription, as we are all hooked. Latest place around here selling orchids is a weekly Farmer's Market in front of a Kaiser Hospital.
Lots of local sources for these noid phals, but you must be happy to accept them with no names. I AM.
