I have only been able to get one picture since September to upload. Why aren't they uploading? I am tryin g to upload them through my computer and they saved in my Kodak account if that helps any. It sucks not being able to post my questions without any pictures.... Any help will be greatly appreciated!
You have to edit the pictures on your computer and change the files size. Right click on the picture and choose edit. Then click on pixels and change it so the largest number is 800. Then save the picture. You should be able to upload then.
I thought they automatically re-size themselves to fit? And on Kodak I can't find the re-size thing. I am trying to re-size the pics pixel wise correct? I found the "edit" but there was not re-size it under it.
If you're using windows 7, right click on the picture stored on your computer. Click "edit", it should be the third thing listed. Then look for "resize", in windows 7 it's the 5th or 6th command from the top left after paste, cut, copy, select. Click on "resize". Click the bubble that says "pixels". Make the largest number 800. The other number will fill in automatically. Then be sure to click "save". Now you should be able to upload it. Good luck.
Normally when posting from photo-hosting websites you can find an url for the pic on the page that you paste into your OB post. No resizing necessary since the pic is not actually uploaded to OB.
Otherwise you can try to directly upload your pics from your PC to OB (the paperclip icon when making a post), as long as you resize them first (I use paint for that).
Have a look at the link Rosie posted, you should find all the info you need.
EDIT: Is the Kodak photo thing online or a photo 'manger' on your PC? If it's the second, disregard first comment!

Mike I have had the same problem for months. Fails to upload and this program cannot display the webpage. Today I took a chance and tried to upload from my workplace without doing anything different and they loaded without issue. Not sure what the problem is. I have uploaded many in the past from my home PC.
Mike, like Camille I'm unclear what the 'Kodak' part is.
If it's a photo hosting website online then the steps you need to do are completely different to if it's a photo-management software on your PC.
If it's photo-management software on your PC then you will need to upload the pictures to OB to display them and that needs the resizing. If your Kodak software can't resize them (although I would have expected it to have been able to) then I'm sure the link I gave above had a resizing tool you can download to do that. It doesn't need to be done in the Kodak software, any resizing tool on your PC should be able to resize the pictures on your computer.
If the Kodak software is a hosting website online then instead of loading the pictures to OB you need to post a link to the photo on the Kodak website and that process can depend on the website. If it's a website can you let us know which it is and I'll have a dig and see if I can work anything out.
