Orchid Revival Needed Fast!

A few of my coworkers and I have confiscated a Leopard Prince Orchid that was being neglected and we believe is on its' last leg...oh no!!! We have watered her, fed her and named her Lilly. She looks a bit wilted but have noticed in the last couple of days she has perked up a little bit. The stem was completely dry so we cut it off. Any hope of reviving this poor little soul? Any input will be helpful!! We are in SE Texas.
