Default My new babies arrived!!

I just got 5 plants from Oak Hill and one from eBay today!! YAY! I was initially concerned because it suddenly got REALLY cold out yesterday and today. From near 80 over the weekend, to 30!! But they seem to not have been affected by the cold.

Amesiella Monticola
Angraecum Didieri

Phal Equestris

Iwanagara Apple Blossom 'Mendenhall'

Onc Twinkle 'Red Fire'

Bollopetalum Midnight Blue 'Cardinal's Roost'

No, my boyfriend notices EVERYTHING!!!! Even the smallest guy I try to hide in the collection, he notices. It's a good thing he is so attentive, and a bad thing when he notices something new. But he really doesn't say anything about my collection, and he gets excited too, when we notice new spikes/buds.

WOW! I had no idea that my pictures upload that big! I use an app called tapatalk on my iphone, and can just "insert" pics that I have taken. Those are HUGE!

I got the Bollopetalum from shermantp. I had seen this seller mentioned in the vendor feedback section of the forum, and so many people recommended this seller, that I wanted to check out his stuff. Saw this guy, and had to have him!

Ooo, nice I love the feeling when a new one arrives and you set about unwrapping it

Slight aside on boyfriends though - mine met the postman yesterday while I was at work and took delivery of a parcel from one of the people I by the chids from. He put it somewhere nice an warm, out of drafts etc, and was obviously feeling proud of this. Anyways, after I'd been home for a while and was sitting in the room it was in, he said "so, aren't you going to open your new plant?" (with a mock eye-roll as if to say, not another one), I looked over puzzled and said "It's not a plant, it's only some new flower pots" (poor love!!)

I also saw this seller on ebay and I am glad to see that he gets good reviews on this forum since I am tempted bt quite a few of his listings.
