Question Oncidium Papilio flower is above my grow lights!
Is this a concern? Or should I make it so the flowers get the light as well...

It should be fine as long as the rest of the plant is getting it's required light. You may find that the flowers aren't as vivid if they aren't getting enough light, though.

How hot is it next to the flowers. ? If there is no heat everything should be fine. The leaves take in the light
