the first is a Zygopetalum, or hybrid of.

the other an Oncidium allliance intergeneric hybrid, looks like Odontoglossum in there ...

Oncidiums can be spotty on the foliage. Genereally small black spots aren't anything to worry about.

Nice finds! - you still have farmer's market? the ones I know of always close early to mid October ...

I know I'm a little late on responses re: this beauty. I bought my girl at Lowe's and she was living in a poor situation, but I guess she loved the unusually HOT summer of 2010 in Maine and the very limited watering. "Baby-in-a-bag". (The pictures on the outsides of the bags seldom resemble what is inside--look at the grower's tag in the pot.) This little gal has finally burst her bud and what a delight after the horrendous winter we have had. We still have mid-thigh snow and plowed areas that could hide my CRV. Well, anyway, this gal must be ok with some neglect because she only gets watered about every 2 weeks. I love forgiving plants. I am famous for bringing home 'gone by' plants.

'Sugar Sweet' is a nice plant to have. The flowers are beautiful and long lasting. Mine just finished blooming. I bought it at Home Depot last May. It started blooming in November and as I said, the last blooms just dried up.
I keep my orchids outdoors in the summer and if I recall, that plant is kept where it gets afternoon sun along with other intergenerics that also bloom for me. "Try it, you'll like it." BTW, the absolutely most beautiful intergeneric I have is: Bllra. Smile Eri. Look it up, you'll fall in love with it as I did.
