Paph. exul is notoriously difficult to bloom, even for experienced growers. It likes a bit more light than most paphs and it likes some cool nights.
Best bet is to let it grow into a plant with lots and lots of growths (10+). Seems like it blooms somewhat more frequently when it's a big, potbound plant. It still can be hit or miss, though!
If you're looking for ease of bloom in one of that group of species, something like barbigerum or insigne or spicerianum will give you more blooms more often.
