Default my newest additions

everyone just wanted to share my newest babies. Since my tip of my first and only spike got knocked off even hubby said well u might as well get nother orchid...because i told him no flowers for me now ...which i hope not to be true but we'll see. Anyway i got the one in flower and well i couldn't pass up these 2 lol both had spent spikes and were 1/2 price!! So i cut off the one just above 3rd node and hope and see..it has lots of roots and spike was still green. This other one spike was done so i cut it off and low and behold i think it's starting another spike right beside where i cut the old spike. It's alittle hard to see..but i'm pretty sure it's not a root it's completely green not like the other roots only time will tell. Anyway just wanted to share hope you like and i will keep u posted on the progress of my 2 rescues

Nice work The colours of the one in flower are very striking! Do you know the colours of the other two, or are they a surprise waiting to happen?

Hey, if that is the way it works at your house, you should maybe break off a few more spikes!! They will grow back and it got an ok from the hubby!

Ohh!! That is so exciting!! The one with flowers is gorgeous and all plants look healthy to me. They were really worth buying. That little growth looks more like a spike than a root. Keep up posted with news. Can't hardly wait to see the flowers
