After reading this and that. Looking up things and generally getting absorbed by the wonderful world of Orchids , I have this to report!

I'm Happy and so are my plants!
Thank you OB

I had a Noid, who's flowers died (as they will do) but it's stem never went brown. After reading up on options I left it.... It did nothing!... Then I read that if you cut the stem back to just above a node it will re-bloom. So I thought well why not, it's a cheap noid and was bought primarily to experiment (in truth a partial excuse to appease my significant other )

Well it did re-bloom, it also decided to put up another spike at the same time

I still have a lot to learn, but that's fun and no bad thing!

So I thought I'd pop on and show you guys and gals of the OB your handy work!

So to any New Comers, I say "Don't Panic!" it's all good, a learning experience and Fun!

Nice job! That orchid looks very healthy. I'm glad it's rewarding your efforts with more flowers.

Thank you

Must admit it was a race between Noid and equestris as to which would be my first to re-bloom, but the mongrel won
Of to learn more now! I have a couple of Dendrobiums which are giving me cause for concern, but you got to take the rough with the smooth.
