Oncidium keiki what to do?
I bought this Oncidium noid a few months back and it seems to have developed a keiki of sorts on the oldest back bulb. I have never seen this happen on any of my other Oncidiums. The back bulb now seems to be drying up and the keiki is looking like it isn't getting enough water. It has two very small roots, the longest being maybe a millimeter, as the whole keiki is only a fewmillimeters tall.
I guess my question is should I cut the keiki off and put it in some moss, or leave it on the mother plant and spritz it a few times a day?
The mother plant is mounted and about to bloom, and I really want her little baby to live!
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
