Great suggestion Gloria, I would definitely give these guys more light, they thrive in bright light, east in the a.m. It looks like your medium needs to be refreshed as well. I would repot after blooming. Let nature take it's course on the loosing of the leaves, they eventually become bare naked as they produce new growth.

Do you mist your orchids, they like humidity as well but with that in mind it goes hand and hand with good air circulation.
