hi everyone......I'm a big dope.

tried to change the direction of this sweet sugar spike to keep it from the HPS light and BOOM, busted this piece right off at the node.

Any hope for the remaining spike to keep growing and flower????????

Wishful thinking or a real possibility?

I think it's very possible. I would have even stuck the broken piece into a bottle or some container with water and see if it opened.

Sorry, thats not going to work. As soon as its been exposed to air it begins to take up air instead of water. Not to mention thats a long time for it to grow in water.

However, Ill bet that there will be a subsequent spike that comes out of the lower node of the break.
