New Nelly Isler Growths?

Hi,

I have been on here before when I had my first Nelly Isler... sadly it didn't make it and it died a death a few months back.

However, I now have Nelly number 2 and she seems to be doing a lot better (i.e. she is still alive!!). She has finished flowering but is still nice and green and the biggest PB is still looking healthy (as is the smaller one). I water it usually when the PB starts to get too wrinkled and it plumps out nicely by the next morning.

I have now noticed 2 new growths but I'm not really sure what they are. Spikes or new leaves? And was wondering if anyone could give me a little advice?
