If your plant just finished flowering then these are new growths. A young plant like yours will only flower once a year. Oncidium alliance pseudobulbs only flower once a lifetime, However since pseudobulbs can flower from both sides of the bulb it can seem to flower twice.
Expect your new flowers to come from in between the leaves on these new growths.
I don't know what I did but the Pseudobulbs on mina are all wrinkly and Think the roots have rotted but there is new growth so it should be all good soon.
Mike, I had problems with the roots on mine as well, but like you the new growths are doing OK so hopefully we will both find it works out OK once those get established
I hope you manage to keep yours going! I have had one for a year now and was very concerned about the huge amount of concertinas in the leaves, I was sure I was killing it, but lo and behold, I have two flower spikes in bloom and two more coming up - and this on a plant that only has three large and one small pseudobulb.
Hey that's good news Hedge. Concertinas in the leaves happened early on for mine but the latest leaves are smooth. Glad to know I should still be able to get them to bloom.
