In general, it is always best to start with fresh material for all chemicals.
Fertilizers made from minerals are usually quite stable. Some of the elements may precipitate over time, so it pays to shake or stir it before each use. fertilizers with "natural" ingredients (kelp, fish emulsion, etc.) can spoil.
K-L-N, SuperThrive, and all hormone-containing additives must be made up fresh, as the hormones degrade rapidly upon exposure to light and heat. You even need to take precautions with the retail bottle or product, protecting it from heat and light. Kept refrigerated, a fresh bottle of K-L-N is good for about a year. In the dark at room temperature, maybe 6 months.. Buy old stock and it may be "dead" when you purchase it.
Most pesticides will tell you to not store unused, already-mixed material, and that is primarily for safety concerns, as folks don't usually label their application or storage containers.
Physan is an organic salt solution. It is quite stable, but still should be used within about a week of mixing.
Phyton 27 is just a copper sulfate solution, so is quite stable.
I cannot address the Bayer product, but being quite toxic, I would think it best to not store it after mixing for use. Mix only what you need for the specific application.
