Default Time to repot??

I have this beautiful Phal which I bought last month..It has 2 spikes with full of blooms. It is planted in Bark in a clear plastic pot..I noticed that this phal has many aerial roots & is growing from everywhere..My concern is should I repot it now or wait until the blooms fall off or should I transfer the whole thing with the same bark into another bigger pot..Thanks in advance..

It looks great to me. Aerial roots are normal and not a sign of issues (as long as the roots in the pot look good too). It's also normal for the aerial roots to suffer a little or even completely fizzle out from all the moving around.

I would wait for the blooms to drop. If the bark is breaking down or staying too wet, then re-pot if you wish. It doesn't look like any type of emergency.

I agree with the other posts. I think that plant looks great. Orchids love to be underpotted (small pots). As stated above I would think about setting the whole thing in a clay pot so it won't fall over. Those Phals can stay in bloom for a very long time and it seems like a shame to mess with it. Good luck.

I agree as well. Looks from the pics like the roots are fine so i would wait. Arial roos are no problem just something Phals like to do.
