Default Phals have white on base of center leaves
I have a couple NOID Phals that have white at the base of the center leaves. Is this from overwatering? Any suggestions would be great. Sorry I don't have any pictures.

Yeah, could be several things, from relatively harmless mineral deposite to more harmful mealy bugs, and without a pic it's impossible to say.
