Trash orchid?

I just got an orchid from someone and I asked her the name of the orchid and she said it was called a trash orchid. I live in south Florida and she said it grows in full sun, is terrestrial, very prolific, and it blooms most of the year with small red flowers. Can any one help me out as to what it might be?

My bet is epidendrum radicans (kinda terrestrial and small red flowers). Do a google image search and let us know . I love the reed stem epis! What a horrible name for a fantastic plant !!

Reed-stem epis have been called the Poor Man Orchid, since they were so available and affordable. Perhaps that is behind this?

There are a few types of naturalized orchids down here, recently I found hundreds and hundreds of eulophia out front of a department store

I found a picture of epidendrum radicans and asked the lady who gave it to me if the flowers were what the orchid looks like and she said yes. So thank you for your help in finding the name of my new orchid.
