what lights
Are there speicial lights or is it just florecent lights of any sort? Are there some that work better than others?

T5 fluorescents are awesome. They're smaller in diameter than regular shop lights (T12). Their lumen output is much higher also. Here is a link with some more information.

ive also heard that you cant bloom high-lights, like catts under t12. but im not positive, and i hope itds not true ( for my sake ) but i was told it would be hard to to bloom the catts

help my new dendro has lost all its new blooms and buds at once. has anyone any info on why and what to do?

it could be shock from bringing it home. i would suggest making a new thread just for your question. so as not to high-jack this thread.
your den is probably a phal type den, but we couldnt be sure without pictures.
