any idea of the orchid name? Is it a giant oncidium? I'm excited to see it bloom. the old flower spike is as big as the stem of a healthy dendrobium. i just actually potted it last night upon arrival to our home.

That is a Grammatophyllum of some sort

it needs then a lot of full sun and a lot of water. i hope it blooms soon. the owner said the flower is somewhat bluish.
