LOL! I like that. It is similar to an American saying: "There's a sucker born every minute."

Man, I wish I could build a greenhouse. That sounds so fantastic...

Another thing that seller is doing, and I hope it is in ignorance of what he is selling, he has a Hoya (he calls it multiflora, the real name is rocket) that he is selling as an orchid species. It is on page 2 of his listing.
I had this plant a year or two ago and unfortunately, killed it. It is pretty for a Hoya but is not an orchid of any kind.

Default RJSquirrel

I found one on Ebay last night for $7,774.00. I looked again tonight to be sure it was still there and it was so I've decided to bid on it and sell my greenhouse to pay for it if I win.

It is ORCHID SPECIES Paphiopedilum godefroyae

I was looking at the high dollar orchids really wanting one and found more expensive orchids at Zephyrus Orchids Inc ...I feel bad killing a 15 dollar plant..can you get insurance on plants like a $4000 orchids?.
They use these for stud plants I'm sure like a high dollar bull. You just cant buy one to put in the window..I guess you can if you got the money. The 4000 dollar ONE is sold and was a division of their Guinness world record sanderium with 5 flowers and 29 total feet of bloom ..I didnt' know orchids held world records.

Kills me to look at all these wonderful plants and then go home to my Area 51

Nick's always had the best brachypetalums in the business. What a terrific opportunity to pick up some bargains on beautiful plants! This kind of deal won't come around again anytime soon.

Yep, it's me! I wish I had one of the Paph. Dottie McDowell (Freckles 'Showstopper' x Green Mystery 'White Lynx'). It's a wonderful grex - named for my Mom.

I digress to my signature.
In the long run, I think it would be in my best interest (and in the interest of my collection so as to be able to afford supplies!) to forgo the 4k orchid, and focus on paying off college debts.

Perhaps someday, when I've married that rich doctor.
