Default What's this growing at the end of my Phal spike?
So, my first orchid of all time, a NoID Phal has just finished about a 4 month blooming period and I noticed a few days ago what looked like the little bud at the end that doesn't flower (don't know the technical term) was starting to grow. Now it's got several little bud-type things growing out of it, and I don't know what the heck to make of it.

What's happening to my Phal? Is it making a baby??

... and by "immediately" I mean, 2 days after the last flower wilted and dropped. Kooky plants. I guess it likes its home.
