Question about my den: It's done flowering and keeps sprouting new stems. Do I repot and remove any of the new growth, or just let it do its thing. Basically: how do I get it to flower again? Thanks!

let it do its' thing, sometimes it will sprout again soon, other times you need to wait for new shoots to flower maybe next year.
If you decide to split make sure you have three shoots per pot. A split will set them back so if they are ok in the present pot hold off repotting. a real full pot of dens is the prettiest. The new shoots use the old shoots for storage of water and nutrition and will bloom quicker.

Sometimes if you cut up old stock into two inch piece between the eyes and lay on some moist spag moss they might sprout from a sleeping eye.

I agree with Carol. Let it do it's thing.

What sort of Den is it, if you are not sure pics of it's flowers might help. If it's a Den Phal type then I find that letting it grow new canes then giving it quite high light in the spring will prompt it to flower again. Other types of Den are different though as it's a really big genus.

It's a Den Phal type.

These don't need a winter rest (some Dens do).

I just let them do their own thing, but give them lots of light in spring and summer and that seems to prompt them to flower. If yours has just finished flowering I would expect it to flower again next year.

Great blooms! I really love the shape of those flowers.

Good luck.

Let it do it's thing. Later on, one or more of the shoots may develop sturdy root systems, in which case you can separate them and pot them up as new plants.
