paph sanderianum seedlings

I have about 15 seedlings, they are about a year out of the flask. I am a little worried about them, they need to be transplanted and I don't know what to put them in. They have been in sphagnum moss, I think it time for a change. Has anybody tried prime-agra? Let me know I don't want them to die.

just my 2 cents on my experience although others may have had different results. But I wouldn't put sanderianums nor any of their hybrids in an s/h setup. I had the following sanderianum hybrids in s/h

- michael koopowitz - sdlg and bs
- angel hair - sdlg and bs
- ken ichi takayo - sdlg
- PEOY - sdlg

My sand hybrids hated it. My ken ichi takayo has no roots. And planting sand hybrids, especially seedlings, in an s/h setup is a pain cause the roots are so tiny. I do, however, have an eva weigner, multigrowth bs plant, in s/h, not a sand hybrid but its doing ok and it spiked on me.

But, personally I wouldn't put anymore paphs in an s/h setup. The results are too variable to put expensive plants in an s/h setup and its a pain in the butt to keep tabs on each individual plant.

I would agree. So far with my one paph, I have had pretty good response from fine fir bark. Need to water more frequently though.

Well that solves that problem, into bark they go. I have a paph Angel hair on order so I think I will keep everything the same.
