I put it outside last spring and left it there on my plant table all summer until it got cold enough to put it back into the GH. It got plenty of water both from rain and watering when necessary. I also fed it a few times. It got the brightest place in the GH this winter, too.
Now, realize, I live in Texas on the Gulf Coast. My conditions are much different from yours. It gets HOT here in the summer and the humidity is very high. All this will affect the plant and determine how you grow it.
Oh, and, it has just finished blooming. Don't pay any attention to the date on the picture. It is not 2012 of course.
