Bc. Kosh wallis

I wen to Lowe's today to find that they had just restocked their orchid inventory. I was overwhelmed. I was instantly drawn to a Bc. Kosh wallis. It was a bag baby, but now it has a good home. I looked at it really good before bought it, and noticed that it had two sheaths(at least I think) and has 3 new growths. The only thing that doesn't look that good is the substrate. Should I repot it? Will repotting hurt the sheaths? Can someone please tell me if the second pic below is a sheath or not, and could someone please post a pic of what it looks like in blooms. Thanks
