What are the cultural requirements for growing Potinara?

I was just wondering how best to care for my Potinara and I couldn't find any info on line so I thought I'd ask here.
How much light do they need, what temps are best, what temps do they like during the winter, how much moisture do they require, how often should I re-pot, what potting media do they prefer? How would they compare to growing Phals or Oncids? And any other tips would be greatly appreciated too.
Mine is in bloom right now; how long can expect the flowers to last? Do they ever bloom more than once in a year?

My Potinara bloomed on each new lead, and bloomed at least twice or more times a year. The goal therefore is to try to grow new leads. Regular cattleya care is best. They like as much sun as you can give them without burning the leaves and they like to dry out between waterings. Fertilize weekly, weakly with a plain water flush every fourth time.
