This ? is probably silly..but can Noids have scented flowers? Because i have 2 of them and they had no labels?

I have a noid yellow phal that is blooming right now and it has a nice floral scent all day.

Depends on the breeding. But yes, they can be fragrant. Even if they are lightly fragrant.

Sad you cant tell us who they are, being NOID's. I love the Phals with scents as they are usually subtle.
