repotting paphs help

I getting ready to repot my paphriopediums, they have almost finished blooming and are doing real well in spag moss, which is what I bought them in. I think aliflor or hydroton would be just too dry for them, they are one of the few plants I keep on a window sill.. What have you planted yours in and how are they doing? Where do you keep them?

Medium can be a personal thing which does not just relate to the plant you have.

I pot my Paphs in fine bark with a little medium grade CHC, but if you have got on well with them in moss it may be best to stick with new moss. If the roots of your Paphs are adapted to that even more reason to stick with it.

I have two paphs, both are in s/h on a shelf about two feet from a South window sill. They are both doing wonderfully.

I only have a few Paphs - and haven't had any longer than a year and a half or so - but most are doing well in a mix of medium and quite fine fir bark with perlite and charcoal. I have one currently in a south window - but in winter the light there will be too strong for it. Two, one currently in spike - are in a somewhat shaded west window - gets only a short period of direct light - and one in a shaded east window - also gets a little early morning direct light.
