I am, it seems silly, but it bothered me that it was scrunched. It was in great shape in the picture! But, I feel like it would be pushing a little thing. As I said I have not done much of this. I do not know what is customary? Should he just offer it or should I have to ask?

To let you know what is going on, I received a E-mail today saying that they were very sorry and that they would send a free orchid with my other little one, Phal. bellina. Hopefully they will make it in a little better shape! He said that they would. Can't wait!
